About Me...
I'm Kate, a Mindset and Self-Care Coach specialising in helping mums recognise their own self worth, build their confidence, and ultimately have the mindset to show up as the best version of themselves.
As a mother to two children, I know how beautifully challenging motherhood can be and how we can all too easily put ourselves last for the people we love most - our children.

But what if there was another way?
What if you could lead your best life, be an inspiration to your children and know deep in your heart that you are more than enough?
I am dedicated, committed, inspired and ready to show you that you can have a life that is different to the one you would have arrived at by default had you not had me as your Coach.

Are you ready to put the u in mUm...?
This Might Just Sound Familiar?
We all have a story. Some more varied than others.
So thank you for wanting to know a little bit more about mine...
Having lived on my own for a good few years, building my career, owning my own home and generally giving 'Little Miss Independent' a blumin' good run for her money, Mr Right came along.
So now one became two.
I went from Miss to Mrs. Bigger house. More responsible corporate job. All good. So now two becomes three (after a few bumps along the way to get there). And then becomes four.
I went from Mrs to Mummy. Bigger house doesn't feel quite so big anymore. Corporate job is proving hard to balance with bath time, British Rail and being a Muma.
But what happened next, what crept up and tapped me on the shoulder whilst I transitioned from Miss to Mrs to Mummy was that I had lost 'me'.
And that made me sad. Because all I had ever wanted was to love and be loved. And in the process I had disappeared. And then came the guilt of feeling that way. Because as mums you don't question the demands put upon you. Some may say it's your job to 'be a good mum'. Some may say it's what we are born to do. We are blessed to have children.
And I don't disagree with any of this BUT... there is another way.
And through getting myself a Coach, reaching out and saying I need help, I found another way.
And the transformation was so powerful that I evolved my own career and qualified as an accredited Coach so I could help mums like you. So I could show you that all you desire is within your grasp. That your own self care isn't selfish. That you matter too. Not more, not less than your children. But that you matter too.
And so here I am.
Are you ready to take my hand and dance in the moment? Let's do this....
So, What's in Store?

What is Coaching?Coaching is all about creating a future that's different to the one you would have arrived at by default had you not had a Coach. Many people think they must have a problem or need to fix something to have a Coach, but this is a misconception. For many, coaching is a wonderful way to get clarity, be future focused and when working with me, experience significant mindset shifts.
-
How is Coaching different to Counselling?Coaching is future orientated, and action driven, helping you to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Counselling dives into the past and is focused on healing, self-discovery and enhancing mental well-being.
-
What is Mindset and Self-Care Coaching?Mindset and self-care coaching is a form of coaching that helps you identify your desires and overcome mental blocks and behaviours that stop you from becoming the best version of yourself and achieving those desires. It empowers the mind, body, and soul so that you can develop ways to take care of your personal wellness.

How do I know if I need a Coach? Many of the women I have coached have felt overwhelmed in some way. Be that balancing work and motherhood, or needing to be constantly in control, fearful of letting go or consistently feeling guilty every time they do something for themselves, struggling with their own self-worth and confidence, or anxious about getting it wrong - whatever ‘it’ may be. The list is endless. But what all these examples have in common is that the women recognised that they wanted to feel different to how they were currently feeling. They truly believed there was a better way. But most importantly, they all had the courage to put their hand up and say, ‘I'd like some help’. And so, they chose to seek the support of a Coach. They didn't need a Coach they chose a Coach. And to choose a Coach doesn't come from a place of lack or scarcity. To choose is to empower yourself.

What does a coaching session look like with you?Coaching sessions with me depend on your specific needs. If you are seeking 1-1 coaching, there are various programmes I offer, take a look at "What I offer" and explore what might be the right fit for you and choose from either one-, three- or six-month offerings. Each session is held virtually so it doesn't matter where in the world you are, we can connect. They last 60 minutes and are biweekly to give you the time to process the work we have done together and complete the in between session activities I've provided. I also offer bundle sessions. These are five 1-1 free flow sessions. It's an opportunity for you to simply share what's coming up for you and gain greater clarity and self-awareness. These five sessions can be held over a period of 12 months. I offer a coaching programme specialized for mums looking to return to work after a period of absence from work. Finally, I offer group sessions. These sessions are for groups of women, be it in the corporate world, sports arena, listening groups or wellness retreats. I have spoken on topics such as championing yourself, self-worth, and female empowerment. The sessions can last from one to two hours and includes interaction and activities.

How much does it cost? All costs are provided in the "What I Offer" section. I often ask potential clients to consider what price they would put on the importance of the transformation they are looking to achieve and to recognise that the transformation will continue long after coaching with me has ended. Those who have coached with me know its true value.

How might I feel after a coaching session with you?How you feel at the end of a coaching session is very much down to the individual and what we have covered during that session. Many have claimed to feel lighter, reassured, gained greater clarity, sometimes there’s feelings of emotion and a need to further reflect. Many have told me how excited they feel for the future and wanting to get started utilising the tools and techniques they now have within their armoury.

Why should I choose you as my Coach? To invest in a Coach is to invest in yourself. But it's important to choose the right Coach. A lot of the time it's about connection, Feeling that connection with a Coach. I pride myself on only working with clients where that connection is truly felt. Where I know I can make a difference. Where I believe the client really wants change and is truly invested in herself. I'm a fully qualified coach with an ICF accredited qualification. I've been coaching for many years, and I get results. But please don't take my word for it. Take a look for yourself at some of the things the women I've previously coached have said below in my testimonials section.

I’m interested in coaching with you, how do I start?Great! Please share your details with me on the contact page. I'll then set up a discovery call via Zoom, where I can better understand what's coming up for you, share more around the services I offer and together agree if we're a good fit. If so, I'll send a contract and client intake form for you to complete and an invoice. Then we can agree a start date. It's that simple!
Happy Outcomes!
"Before I started with Kate I was in a constant state of anxiety - fearing the worst in every situation and wanting to control it all. The negative thoughts and energy were exhausting, for me and those around me, and I was fast forwarding to a future with little or no relationship with my husband and kids. I’m so glad I reached out to Kate as she led me to the best place I can possibly be. She wasn’t over the top, she listened, she really took note of things I said and was able to relate back to me really meaningful messages that I hadn’t even realised I / she had brought to the surface. I can say with 100% certainty that the weapons Kate has filled my armoury with are more than enough to get me through even the toughest scenarios with more positivity than I’d ever thought possible.
I’m looking forward to a much brighter future and bringing the happy - thank you so much Kate".

"Thank you for the incredible journey we have been. Looking back, before starting our sessions, I was living every aspect of my life with a rigid structure of control. I had convinced myself that was the way to success and, in turn, happiness. Through our sessions you helped me break down this mindset and explore my limiting beliefs, and, after several epiphanies, shifted me to an empowering belief of contentment. I cannot thank you enough for the change you activated and the tools you have put in my toolkit to make a control mindset a thing of the past. I am living a life of contentment with an open mindset to love, work and relationships.
Thank you so much Kate, you are the best!".

"I was really struggling and feeling pulled in all directions and not really feeling like I was being the mum I always imagined I would be.
I was feeling a bit like I'd lost control of my life. Kate helped me to realize it was because I wasn't giving enough attention to me.
I needed to re-adjust the balance.
I want to thank Kate for all her inspiration and helping me to find the 'u' in mum!
I'm feeling stronger and more in control again."

"A colleague introduced me to Kate at a perfect time, I was facing redundancy and knew this was an opportunity to explore new paths.
Over a couple of months, Kate helped me reframe my negative beliefs into positive outcomes. Helping to rebuild my confidence, empowering me to stretch my thinking and find self-belief to set me off towards a stronger future.
My improved mindset and outlook have already resulted in the career change and new role I was seeking. Thank you, Kate".

"I knew that I was lacking confidence and struggling to really back myself at work, and felt it was holding me back. What I hadn’t realised was how this was slowing me down outside of work too. Working with Kate took me on an enlightening journey of discovery. Being able to use my mindset to create bigger, bolder, and unlimited beliefs has been so incredibly liberating. I can make decisions now and move on from them – not forever questioning myself and overthinking.
I am so grateful to Kate and am truly excited to see where this journey takes me, and what the universe has in store for me. Thank you!"

Quorn Female Leadership Wellness Day
"Kate was an excellent guest speaker, not only with content which was well prepared and delivered perfectly for the audience we had but was also interactive - capturing the hearts and minds of everyone who attended. We look forward to welcoming Kate back to our next event".
SPPT Gym
I asked Kate to come and speak to some of our female members to celebrate International Women’s Day. I wanted them to walk out after and feel empowered regarding their health, fitness and to realise their own value, potential, how unique and individual they are. Kate certainly delivered this and so much more! All the members had a wonderful time and took something away from the event. We are looking forward to working with Kate again in the future.
